How Does it work?
Download our Remote Software to your computer. Then log into our secure server and we then access your computer. We fix the Problem and you're back to using your computer. Not trying to figure out how to fix it or having to wait on the phone and listen to the On-Hold Music.

Residential Service - $45.00 per incident

Now Click on RUN when you see Security Warning Window pop up or a Download File Warning.


Save the file on your desktop. Then run the application. You'll see a warning that the Publisher could not be verified. This is ok. Click "RUN"


Now your see the Charlotte Internet Live Client on your Desktop. Type in your Login Name in the blank field. Don't worry, you create a new login name every time you need the service. After typing in your Login Name click on.


Once you are successfully connected you will see this screen. Click on "OK". Now we can connect to your PC and help you resolve your problem


After we are completed, you can disconnect. Just look in your system tray. You'll see the WinVNC icon, right click it and select disconnect and then exit.
